• Mergers & Acquisitions. Implementation of an Identity Management solution to facilitate the migration of St. Jude Medical domain into Abbott’s domain. Project was the foundation stone for 7 work streams forming the Migration Program. Coaching and mentoring of half dozen Project Managers assigned to parallel these workstreams. Related to FIM, approximately 85K distribution groups were successfully migrated from St. Jude to Abbott’s domain. The completion of this project provided the green light for the remaining of the Program to continue gaining momentum.
