HR Leave Center (FMLA) / Human Resources Assistant

• Return from Leave Reporting & Data Entry - Provided standard leave accrual and utilization system tracking and reporting to include weekly productivity. Created ad-hoc reports as assigned using PeopleSoft, Kronos, and Time & Attendance system. Produced compliance and metric reports to track deadlines associated with regulated leave. Ran daily PeopleSoft Audits and Queries as needed.

• Leave of Absence (LOA) - administered the process of FML, LOAs and PLAs in PeopleSoft and Kronos.

• Filing & Imaging - Maintained documentation setup in system to include maintenance of drawers and profiles. Accurately filed paperwork/documentation received for returning to work in official leave file.
