As the first employee in the leasing department in the Atlanta Market, I worked this market alone for approximately six months. As the seasoned specialist in the Atlanta Market, I trained all newly hired agents in the market. Also as the seasoned agent, I was awarded opportunity to work the largest spectrum of territory. The greatest part of working with Waypoint was being a part of this growing company.

Since Waypoint Homes, I have obtained my Real Estate Brokers license. I currently serve as the qualifying broker for Pacific Holdings Group in Norcross. As the qualifying broker, I oversee the sales and purchased of properties in the United States. I also work as the Leasing Manager on the local level.

As the first leasing consulting employed by Waypoint, I assisting in the establishment and set up of leasing department in this market. WRITTEN AND VERBAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Facilitate and prepare Individual Service Plans for individuals with developmental disabilities, assuring that their wants, needs and desires are reflected in the plan. Prepare written documentation on a monthly basis reflecting observations of interactions, communication, etc., between individuals and the staff working with them. ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT: Monitor and maintain important databases. Create and generate reports on a monthly bases and/or as needed. Provide oral and written correspondence. Provide support to management as an: administrative assistant, executive administrative assistance, accounting clerk, and administrative support staff. Originated travel arrangements. Coordinate meetings and conferences, Provide customer services and assistance. ORGANIZATIONAL MANAGEMENT: Arrange and facility meetings with consumers/clients, their family members, providers and the support team. Facilitate annual Support Intensity Scale meetings to determine the level of supports individuals with developmental disabilities will need to be successful in completing task that would provide them with the best quality of life possible. Facilitate annual Individual Support Plan meetings to advocate and assist individuals with developmental disabilities with developing goals that are meaningful to them.
