management, waste management and energy services. With Veolia, I have an
experience of working in 300,000m3 /day wastewater treatment plant based
in Abu Dhabi & currently providing Operation and maintenance services in
Emirates Aluminum (EMAL).
Job Description:
To operate, monitor, maintain and troubleshoot the wastewater treatment plant and its facilities.
Compliance with monthly preventive maintenance work orders.
Department representative & reporting plant day to day activities to client.
Perform all work in conformance with the site occupational health and safety rules.
Ensuring & recommending the proper application of chemicals into the equipment through regular monitoring of chemical dosing pumps and chemical tanks.
Assist in the performance of regular and unscheduled maintenance and repairs on all plant equipment and machinery.
Responsible for all aspects of sampling, monitoring and testing required to maintain compliance with Federal State and Local regulations governing the wastewater treatment process, and storm water and sludge management.

Prepare procurement documents to obtain needed supplies
Responsible for Permit receiving and clearing it.
Leading and preparing pre work checklist & ensuring that all employees comply with the requirements of PTW.
Preparation of weekly and monthly operation & maintenance and accident reports.
Responsible for documentation & preparation of Site safety plan, 5S & environment internal and external audits.
Performing laboratory tests, including: Ammonia, Chloride, Phosphate, Turbidity, TSS, COD, Conductivity & PH.

Detail Study of Wastewater Treatment Process.
Monitor control panels (SCADA) and handling the troubleshooting.
Observing the process Parameter like PH, Conductivity, Dissolve Oxygen, Turbidity level & free residual chlorine.
Able to read engineering drawing PFD and P&ID.
Good Experience of operation and Maintenance Jobs on plant.
Involve in activities of workers at clarifier, grit removal, pump, blower and sludge filtration.
Inspect equipment like pumps, sediment tanks, filters, centrifuge and chlorinators to detect malfunctions.
