Job Description:

Site Inspection for civil construction work and ensure that the work is as per the project specifications and issued for construction Drawings/final approved drawing from authorities

BOQ Preparation of civil works.

Ensure that all the work meets the stipulated quality standards.

Coordinate with subcontractors for smooth flow of work.

Preparing weekly and monthly progress report to be submitted to the Project director.

Making productive report and analyzing.

Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and / or the client.

Performing risk, value management and cost control.

Preparing and analyzing castings for tenders.

Analyzing outcomes and writing detailed progress reports.

Valuing completed work and arranging payments.

Maintains awareness of the different building contractors in current use.

LD#3 Plant and PCI Project at TATA STEEL Jamshedpur as Execution Engineer

Successfully completion of 262 piles with average depth of 29m in 38 days.( by maicat mechanized boring machine & tripod system)

Successfully hand over the pelletizing plant to client without any complaints.

Successfully completion of heavy equipment mill foundation with 2375cum concrete and 207MT STEEL with the time of 7days.
