Work Profile/ Job Responsibilities in Monjin

Headed the recruitment content delivery team of 25 + recruitment resources (a mix of 3 Assistant Managers and 22 Sr /Jr recruiters) and managed multiple IT client accounts like Tieto, Accenture, KPIT, Mindtree, Hexaware, Diebold, Wipro, Sears for India, UK and US

Successfully managed to increase the total video interviews from 536 to 809 within 6 months of time and ramped up the recruitment team from 7 to 25 within 2 months by conducting 200+ interviews within a month’s time
