Hands-on recruiter experience:

Headed the recruitment content delivery team of 25 + recruitment resources (a mix of 3 Assistant Managers and 22 Sr /Jr recruiters) and managed multiple IT client accounts like Tieto, Accenture, KPIT, Mindtree, Hexaware, Diebold, Wipro, Sears for India, UK and US
Played a role of hands on recruiter as well and responsible for end-to end process
