Liable for the full process of HR Recruitment

Recruiting staff to fill the requirements of multi projects in the Company

Sourcing screening candidates for specific vacancies from job portals and overseas agencies

Internally processing of application of visas and local transfer for the candidates in Administration to ensure that the process was efficiently done until the residency transferred and the joining for their status of job application

Sending emails to the Projects for the Mobilization of Joined Employees

Forwarding the necessary documents to the project for the gate pass and passport to the Administration

Maintaining employee personnel files and the HR filing system as per company procedure

Processing the Personnel Files of the Employee to the Payroll Section

Requisition of Air Ticket and Airport Pick-up

Booking request for the air ticket of the overseas candidates

Forwarding tickets to the agents

Arranging transportation for the airport pick-up of the arriving candidates
