Updating and managing 280 corporate bank balances daily, obtaining monthly bank statements, QuickBooks transactions/bank statement reconciliation, AR/AP, analyze P&L and BS reports, cash flow model reports, end of year tax preparation, resolve accounting discrepancies, submit payments to vendor for received and approved invoices via ACH/wire transfer, prepare and submit client invoices, contact clients regarding overdue invoices, send bill pays to customers for failed refunds via CRM, and training new employees in the accounting department.
