Spent more than 20 years servicing energy clients from generation to transmission to distribution while maintaining the highest levels of safety, availability, reliability, and profitability. Most notably, helped support the largest investor-owned utility in the country ( working with the world's most vast steam distribution loop, composed of 130 miles of underground transmission and distribution piping, specialty fittings, and custom non rising stem gates and globe valves, along with other types of engineered product solutions ), as well as the major regulated electric and gas utility provider in the state of New Jersey. During the course of these partnerships, have had the opportunity to:

* Gain extensive knowledge of all types of utility generation and T&D systems.

* Evaluate operations and offer solutions for both existing issues and future projects.

* Aid in the development of specialty items, working closely with engineering, operations, and manufacturers' technical specialists.

* Secure approvals and conduct testing, making adjustments to further improve efficiency, cost, and safety.

* Facilitate planned and unplanned outages and analyze results, with a special focus on government regulations and environmental impact.

* Interface with procurement specialists and assemble an extensive network of manufacturers.

* Foster relationships with personnel at every level from security guard to chairperson. Based upon my experience, I have become accustomed to an organizational structure headed by the plant manager and including a safety manager, tech manager, operations manager, maintenance manager, engineering manager, plant financial analyst, and senior management.

* Interact frequently with state and local government officials and the BPU/PSC to ensure full compliance related to supplied products, with an added emphasis on renewable energy.

* Perform presentations for lending institutions, venture capitalists, and insurance carriers.

* Remain well-versed in the ongoing and evolving community and regulatory activities and requirements.

* Cultivate relationships with union officials at Locals 1&2, 3, and 30.

* Conduct "lessons learned" wrap-ups.

Spearheaded 65-person, multi-layered inside and outside sales organization with a special focus on the power/energy market. Designed a corporate structure complete with policies and procedures, instituted both team and individual objectives and incentives, led whole group and small group meetings. Grew the company from $15 million to $38 million in sales, with double-digit growth in profit margin. 24 Linden Lane, Plainsboro, NJ 08536 H: 609-***-**** C: 609-***-**** *******-*****@****.*** 2017

Successfully pioneered a fully electronic, same-day order, delivery, and remittance system for indirect MRO consumables and specialty engineered products ordering, delivery, and remittance system. Introduced the concept of application-based solution selling as a way to differentiate the company, forging a triumvirate between the client, the manufacturer, and the integrator. Collaborated with clients' R&D, engineering, and operations personnel to create safer, better performing, and longer-lasting mission-critical components. Continually demonstrate exceptional leadership skills both within the company and with clients. Obtained, in 2017, a Masters Certificate for Executive Leadership for the 21st Century from Rutgers Business School/Graduate School of Management and Labor Relations. Special Projects and Emergency Response Team Activities include:

* Supporting the repair and restoration efforts of the regional energy and power community during 2012's Hurricane Sandy.

* Working alongside a major NYC utility for three months to restore essential electric, gas, and steam services to lower Manhattan after the 9/11 attacks, supporting 1900 workers around the clock.

* Mobilizing during the Midtown Manhattan Steam Main Explosion in 2007, resulting in the creation of 24 custom- designed steam manhole service valves crucial because of the uniqueness of the operating conditions and concern for the environment and a redesign of the specialty steam trap condensate removal manifold, which resides at all 1000 steam manholes in Manhattan.

* Developing a unique Top Entry, Full Port class 300# ball valve with Class 6 shutoff capabilities before every meter set for 400psi at 475deg F. This speciality valve was designed during a collaborative effort by the client, the manufacturer and myself; with all these customized features, it's the only type of this valve in the world today. In addition, provided custom mounting brackets, live steam testing, and Hi Temp custom electric actuators. The transmission and distribution loop in NYC is the world's largest containing actuated and manual NRS Gates & Globes and Custom Condensate Removal B61 Brass Trap Manifolds with Remote Monitoring Capability. Throughout my career, I have provided the energy industry with expertise in the following:
