1-Manager of Organization Development and HR consultancy

In MH&P company for Financial and administrative investments (one of Magdy Hashish's companies for accounting and auditing

(2008-2011 & from March.2015- now)

Responsibilities and Duties:

-Responsible for the projects of the company, Administrative re-structuring and creating new systems as well.

-Making both the field studies and analytical studies of the project to establish the organizational structure of it, and to establish all the policies, the rules, and the human resources department, Work on and follow up the project.

-I worked on some projects like (Amiriya Spinning & Weaving – Shoman – Entra – Al-Higaz – Agrotec – Al-Dawlya – Automotive – Alsweedy cables – Everest -

2- Deputy General Manager of HR and Administration in International Company for Engineering Industries and air conditioning (Unionaire group) (2004-2008 & 2011- February 2015)

3- Deputy General Manager of HR and Administration in East Trading and Marketing company (agent for IVECO trucks) (1999-2003)

Responsibilities and Duties:

-Determine the objectives of human resources and administrative affairs sector in line with the strategic objectives of the company.

-Development of performance measurement criteria and how to achieve the goals of the company.

- Preparation of the employment plan in line with the objectives of the company.

-Supervising the preparation of payroll and financial claims (taxes and insurances).

-Setting a system for cars (the usage of cars - missions - maintenance – insurance – delivers them to drivers).

-Review and adopt the employee affairs business (vacations - attendance – departure).

-Supervising adopting the workers payroll and the credit cards and the extra time payment as well.

-The preparation and review the financial balances in terms of salaries and insurance benefits and taxes.

5- The Middle East company for chemicals (1988-1994)

Responsibilities and Duties:

-Salaries accountant I've been chosen to be one of the organizers when the computer system was applied, the task of running and review the system and the introduction of basic data.

-I've been selected as The head of employers affairs in the computer department.

-I worked in the systems and data Office of the chairman of Board of Directors to prepare and review the reports.

-i was nominated to be The Vice Chairman Assistant, the task of preparation of systems and data for the board of directors.

• Same time I was working in an office of management consultancy and data systems as a training official, this office specializes in the Office programs (public accounts - personnel affairs – salaries - storages – sales - customers - banks),

This office worked for (Al-dawlya company, Glaxo Egypt, Emec, Bisco Misr, InterMed) I worked as a supervisor in these projects.

Challenges that I seek to achieve through Human Resources Management:

-The ability to support higher performance of the company using my experiences and my Executive Advisory.
