● Conducttion of Plates, Pipes, Fittings, Flanges, Gaskets, and Stud Bolts at Supplier end as per respective materials specification, codes, standards & client’s specn.

● Line checking, preparation of punch list as per test packages and maintaining traceability of punch list close-out process.

● Joint inspection with client for pre inspection of pressure test, conducting pressure test, re-instatement of piping systems.

Fabrication

● Studying drawings, plans and patterns of structures to be made or repaired as per requirements.

● Testing of the fabrication to ensure that they are precise, reproducible. Quality Assurance/ Quality Control

● Guiding the implementation of QA/ QC procedures.

● Maintaining and implementing departmental procedures, quality plan, work instruction, checklist, and job qualifications in line with global quality standards.

● Monitoring processes & identifying deviations; addressing variances through corrective measures. Recommending modifications & equipment calibrations to enhance operational efficiency.

● Responsible for spool fabrication/erection/Line Checking and hydro testing. line checking test package wise within boundary limits and also maintain activities in the existing facilities to ensue the activities are executed as per the work Scope and in adherence to the HSE standards.

● To maintain primary contact and a good working relationship with sub-contractors site representatives. To be fully familiar with the sub-contractors methods of construction, Programming and procedures and to resolve any apparent conflicts, to ensure that all Sub-contractor employed within his area of responsibility are fully aware of their Obligation and responsibilities.

● Prepare daily activity and maintain close monitoring with sub-contractors Construction team ensure that all relevant documentation P&ID,ISO Drawing will be provided input the work scope and planning of the activity and prepare material Requisition.

● Supervised: Erection of spools/piping and supports as per piping Isometric & piping general arrangement/Standard/Special piping support drawings.

● Prepare the daily report and submit to the Project Manager and Client daily basic.

● Close coordinate between Sub-contractor and fabrication shop for material movement.

● Preparation of checklist/balance work to be done for piping system/loops with conformity to General Arrangement Drawings, P&ID’s, Isometric drawing
