Duties & Responsibilities

To ensure an Up-to-Date filing system is maintained for Document Control Department files.

To maintain records updated for all approved documents and drawings and their distribution clearly marked in a Document / Drawings register as per the Company procedure.

Preparation of Drawing Submittals, Document Transmittals, & Other Technical Data.

Preparing and Arranging Gate Passes for Clients as required. To document/ record information, maintain files, process all paper work, and to perform day to day administrative tasks.

Handling / Tracking incoming & outgoing mail and other material. Keeping Track of Drawings, Document Transmittals regularly. Receiving all Duct Fabrication work order from Internal Projects & External companies and forward to Production Engineer after approved by Production Manager.

Maintaining the logs of Duct Fabrication work order for Internal & External works.

Handling all incoming/outgoing Phone calls.

Preparing all Manual work allocation form as per the request and co-ordinate with the supervisor and Engineer.

Preparing the labels for all manual and coiline machine duct work as per the received request.
