I was given a 50 acre plot to develop into an organic farm. The duties were unclear and many fold. When I got there I learnt of a land dispute, I dealt with this by extrapolating the land records from government registry, mapped the land, (later confirmed by a professional land surveyor) fenced it off and dealt with aggressive attempts and attacks. Other duties and accomplishments;

- Managing of a crew of 30 construction workers to restore a dilapidated 4000sqft farmhouse.

- Advising course of action and working with a structural engineer to restore the structure while saving costs. Supervising and guidance on the progress and lapses.

- Keeping track of expenses, maintaining accounts and records.

- Lecturing college students about "Environment and Regenerative Farming"

- Sourcing goods and services from local sources. Practicing organic farming methods as well as creating specific methods adaptive of local requirements and conditions.

- I detected oversights and fraud in fuel delivery and supply and reported this to the head office.

My motto is that there is no work that cannot be accomplished, all one needs is intelligence, determination, focus and work ethic. I was born into a Business environment in Zimbabwe, Africa. Management flows though my veins. I am not a conventional thinker and almost instantly find solutions to problems. As a consultant I helped build up an impressive brand Govinda's Foods in Mauritius with my expertise in sourcing, cost saving and negotiation.

* Lecturing - I have spokenon Management Meditation in India and USA from 2003 till date. I addressed the Retired Officers Forum at the Rotary Club of Baroda on the topic of Managing Health. In January 2017 gave a well received presentation on "Holistic Planned Grazing" to the Corporate Management and staff of Electrotherm Pvt. Ltd. Ahmedabad. The presentation included education on "Importance of Carbon and Carbon Sequestration" and the roles grazing animals in restoring land, this resulted in my appointment as consultant for the farm project mentioned above. A similar talk at Indore, was published in the local newspapers.

● Construction; I have worked as a consultant/manager/supervisor with several companies and projects:

Janardan Nirman (Pvt) Ltd. - A Kolkata based piling foundation construction company. Worked as a part time consultant from Jan 2007- April 2008, here I implemented various systems to improve the work flow of the company, introducing within the 2nd week of joining a logistics plan which coordinated godown and site communication and saved the company from losses amounting to hundreds of thousands of dollars. I had also uncovered fraudulent billing to the tune of USD300,000 one such incident required analysis of a huge amount of data covering two years of operations, USD120,000 was recovered and deducted from the bill as a result. Introduced a system of SMS remote site communication which resulted in precise Daily Progress Reports

(DPR) a vast improvement from weekly sketchy reports brought by hand. Improved the office communications methods.
