• Studied the existing reference verification system built on .Net platform, understood their business needs, gathered requirements for the new system and developed the Proof of Concept for the project.

• Developed process Mock-ups with Balsamiq to demo the system for client approval and sign-off on the system requirements. With the technical experience I was able to provide better enhanced solution to the client in-terms of improved system processes with approval workflows, reminder alerts, and fluid pages.

• We used Tuber API to collect video data and performed Sentiment Analysis and Topic modelling on the data sample.

CVS Business Process Redesign - WP Carey School of Business, Arizona State University 08/17 – 02/18
