Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.) and take minutes

Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations

Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.)

Taking initiative step for the new employee to understand about the organization, policies and procedures and nature of the work to perform.

Supporting them in all the aspects of learning the competency frame work of the organization which includes (Information Aspects, Task Aspects, People Management, Technical expertise )

Ensure all the policies and procedures to be followed at the time of recruitment and campaign process.

Processing GP letters, Work visas for the shortlisted candidates.

Mobilization of employees from overseas and making arrangements for their joining’s.

Ensure of prior temporary gate passes as soon as the employee arrives, so as to reduce the time in sending them to the rig sites.

Arranging the medical test for the new employees by confirming the appointments with Ministry of health and coordinating with mandoop’s until they complete the process.

Expertise in the process completion for employee residential status and local hiring.

Regular contact with the Public relation officers for new changes in the Kuwait Labor law

Preparation of temporary gate pass for the new employees and permanent KOC entry passes for the existing employees
