Scheduled appointments for Providers. Managed multiple Provider lines including RN, LVN and Case Management LVN lines. Assisted Provider and Registered Nurse’s with maintaining their scheduled patients and insuring patients were seen in a timely manner. Providing Reports for Administration on patient care and compliance concerns. Created minutes for meetings with Team Panels and prepared minutes for Population Management meetings with Care Providers. Analyzed data and researched appointments to make sure patients were seen in adherence to State regulations.
