2/16-present Creative Manager

Creative leader within the in-house Design Studio. Conceptual thinker and brand steward who drives development of fresh and innovative creative solutions that deliver on marketing objectives and KPIs.

• Provides meaningful, clear art direction and feedback to achieve marketing objectives

• Manages staff and freelance designers

• Ensures accountability in meeting production milestones adjusts workload and assignments to accommodate changing business needs

• Responsible for most non-promotional material, for the Toys“R”Us brand for all media channels, including direct mail, newspaper inserts, social media, digital ads, rich media/animation, email, web home page, banners and landing pages. This included creating a 360o campaign for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. It raised 33% over projections for a total of $3 million

Strategized as well as produced some of the most creative and meaningful design in the industry. Clients included Universal, Fox, Dreamworks, Paramount, Sony, Microsoft, Sonos, Activision and Disney.
