WORKING DETAIL:-

TOTAL EXPERIENCE:- 6 years

Installation and commissioning of various types of instruments for gas & oil fired furnace

& also electrical furnace likes Bogie Hearth, Rotary Hearth, Heating and Tempering furnaces,

as well as various type of Ladle Preheater / Dryer etc.

CURRENT EXPERIENCE:-

Presently working as ‘Instrument Technician’ in Hofincons Infotech & Industrial Services Pvt.Ltd. and deputed

in the C&I department of Vendanta Aluminum from December 2017

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE:-

1) Previous, working as ‘Instrument Technician’ in Kusboo Construction. and deputed

in the C&I department of DVC Chandrapura from July 2017 to November 2017.

2) Earlier, working as ‘Instrument Technician’ in Powertronix Engineering Pvt.Ltd. and

deputed in the C&I department of DVC Chandrapura from June 2016 to July 2017.

3) Earlier, working as ‘Instrument Technician’ in PSPN Automation (Authorized Dealer of

Honeywell) Kolkata, from May 2014 to June 2016.

4) Earliest, started carrier as ‘Asst.Instrument Technician’ in In-line Engineering & Marketing

Services (Authorized Dealer of Honeywell) Kolkata, from August 2008 to April 2014.

NATURE OF JOBS – MAINTENANCE AND COMMISSIONING:-

1) Maintenance and Commissioning of various types of Controller, Programmer, Recorder,

Transmitter, Gas / Oil Flow Meter, UV Flame Detection System, Auto Ignition System, RTD,

Thermocouple, Pr. and Temperature Switch / Gauge, SOV, Control, On/Off Valves etc.

2) Have preface knowledge about mechanical, refractory, hydraulic and electrical items

Including drawing related to furnace application
