Currently leading International IT operations in Canada, Mexico, Italy and China. Full budget responsibility for people, hardware, applications and support. Total revenues of approximately $1.1B. Lead IT teams consisting of employees and contractors based in US, Canada, Mexico, Italy and India.
Responsible for program management of projects for our business in China, Canada, Mexico and Italy. Recent projects include: PRISMA plant maintenance system; Smoothie Supply and Demand Planning system; Canada Management Reporting in Oracle, BOBJ and Tableau; Microsoft Dynamics ERP for China operations on a Microsoft Azure platform; IT Infrastructure for China Headquarters and new plant; Trade Promotion Management for Canada and Mexico; Retail Sales solution in Canada; migration of AS400 to IaaS solution; and transition support for two divested entities.
Previously managed IT teams responsible for: IT support of our Spicetec Flavors and Seasonings (SFS) and J.M Swank (Logistics) business units.
