My responsibilities

-Setting annual sales target accordingly to the running vehicles.

-Forecasting optimum stock of spare parts to satisfy customer requests.

-Management of parts ordering accordingly to sales frequencies, stock alert and stock

-Security in order to avoid inventory shortage, to ensure the availability of spare parts and

to satisfy customer demands

- Management of importation processing such as transit time, freight charges, customs

clearance time and customs duties, parts reception, parts storage and calculation of

selling prices.

-Permanent physically inventory of moving parts and annual physically inventory of slow

moving parts and dead stock.

-Supervise and assist the spare parts salesman with ongoing training to learn vehicle

technology, to use the spare parts catalog, to educate customers on the advantages of the

original part and to pay attention to the disadvantages of the counterfeit part attractive

by its price but unreliable by its quality.

-Ensure that the customer's welcome and the sale of spare parts take place in a pleasant

and comfortable environment. Provide the parts seller with the necessary tools that able

him to give the customer all the information he needs, and to convince him to buy the

advised parts.

-Create a database of active customers and set up a customer prospecting process by

telephone, by correspondence and by direct visits to increase customer confidence and

to maximize sales and profits.

-Ensure prompt reply of price consultations and order delivery of any customer.

-Establish a monthly report on key performance indicators and intervene with solutions in

the event of a drop in sales due to unavailability of parts, price increases and competitive

penetration.

-Monthly check of items rejected by customers during the last 12 months but purchased

at the competition and find the appropriate solutions to reduce lost sales.

Identify the causes of lost sales, is it a problem of availability? is it a problem of price competitiveness? when the solution is found the lost customers should be contacted and

visited.

- Keeping watchfulness on competition activity (prices and market penetration).

- Organize promotional spare parts price campaigns to compete with parallel

market conditions.

-Develop action plans with clients to achieve their business objectives against annual

bonuses

-Focus on the key account customers and create business opportunities.

-Involve the supplier in negotiation of transactions with key account customers to unify

efforts and win business.

-Involve it in solving the problems of lost sales that represent a financial loss for both

Parties.

- I’m a high technician in mechanical engineering.

I have 32 years of experience in the management and sale of spare parts for heavy

equipment, trucks and buses.

- I always organize my work and I plan tasks by priority.

- I enjoy a challenge to achieve my professional goals.

- I have good experience in analyzing and resolving customer service issues.

-I have excellent communication and negotiation skills with clients.

-I continuously advise my customers in order to win their fidelity.

- I speak fluent French but I’m just good enough to be acceptable in English.

- I have knowledge and experience with MS Word and Excel.

- I have my driver's license.
