Help move mobile homes, set up, level, and tie down.

Inspector/ Beveler, Uni-Form Components Co.

Inspect vessel head make sure measurements were correct as the job card specifications, preformed a PT test on parts to ensure no cracks were present, cut bevels on heads using a beveling machine, operated forklift and overhead crane to move material inside the shop and also to load and unload trucks, cleaned heads using a grinder for cosmetic purposes, sand blasted parts of any types to get rid of debris or any traces of oils, used overhead crane to move parts through the shop. Did a visual inspection of parts to check for any flaws. Checked different locations on parts with a d-meter gage to make sure thickness was good.

Fitter Helper, Turbo Fab

Grinded all the parts so that they would be ready for the fitter to put them together. I also drew out the layouts on the beams to know where the holes had to be cut out. Helped tack beams together using flux core mig welding machine.
