Worked the Spanish lines at a call center taking information from Spanish speaking claimants and policyholders, while translating and transcribing into the system in English, also served as Interpreter for the many adjusters who did not know the Spanish language. Working with as many calls as 35 or more each day where we gathered all the privileged information necessary to resolve claims as quickly as possible.

Took claims from the moment the incidents occurred and made liability decisions to pay out on any kind of property damages, with a 440 license.
