Supply Supervisor (E) Band

Supply Supervisor on the TUSK program, responsible to direct and support all material supply and inventory control of the TUSK program warehousing operation. Responsible for the scheduling and directing the day to day warehouse operation and employees to ensure all tasks and missions are met. Supervise a seven man supply team and ensure all have a working knowledge of supply and supply management ( stock control and accounting, warehousing, location surveys and inventories). Establish and maintain accurate and complete property records of Retrofit Program assets in both manual and automated inventory/accountability management system. Conduct periodic property inventories and location surveys of TUSK assets. Ensured all personnel in the supply section were trained on M.H.E. equipment, from 2000lb forklift to 10K rough terrain forklift. Interface daily with both internal and external customers, providing outstanding service. Prepared periodic reports to include maintenance, supply and administrative form associated with property control functions. Travel to remote conus /oconus locations. Ensure the accountability and accuracy of timecard data recorded by each supply personnel.

Material Handler

I was assigned as a Material Handler, providing logistical support for the Fox vehicle program. During OIF/OEF, my duties and responsibilities were to receive, store and issue equipment, supplies, merchandise, tools and repair parts for Fox vehicles in SWA. Maintain stock records, verify receipt of parts and equipment requested and received. Responsible for filling orders or issuing repair parts from stock as well as requisitioning replenishment stock. Recorded and track data using Oracle and Excel spread sheets while providing daily, weekly and monthly status to Log cell. I performed location surveys, location changes and inventories of all on hand stock. Receive and process serviceable or unserviceable repair parts for either return to stock or return to vendor for repairs. Break down and rebuild tires for the Fox vehicle. Provide professional service and support to all customer units
