Computer Skills: I am experienced with the Microsoft Office Suite. I have 15 years experience with the suite with a major emphasis on PowerPoint and Word. I have 10+ years experience working with Chirotouch, Writepad, and Chirofusion software.
Other: I have earned certificates of specialized study while enrolled in the Masters’ degree program. These certificates are in Sports Physiology, Injury Management-Diagnosis and Assessment, Sports Chiropractic, and a certificate of specialized study in Physical Therapy. I have also taken classes in exercise testing/prescription, and cardio respiratory exercise physiology to increase my knowledge base for improving patient outcomes.
Also, I have taken two sports seminars with David Ward as a part of my M.S. curriculum (Kinetic chain analysis and functional rehabilitation). He was the director of athletic performance at Kennesaw State University at the time. I also did a six month unpaid internship with Dr. Schindler and Dr. Dahlhauser at Schindler Performance Institute working as an assistant doctor. Their practice specialized in professional athletes, severe functional scoliosis patients, and multiple discectomy/fusion patients.
While enrolled in the D.C. program at Life University my elective/technique courses consisted of NLUC,Toggle, Diversified, Thompson, Pediatrics, Activator, Extremities, Gonstead and SOT. My preferred adjusting techniques have been Diversified and Thompson with a little Activator analysis mixed in when needed. I am not limited to these techniques and would be willing to learn any as necessary.
