Responsible for providing general clerical office support with attention to detail at a client site. Coordinates and processes customized packaging, hospitality, mail, reprographics and intake functions.

Confer and coordinate in-house printed material production schedule with staff. Complete editing/proofing, scanning and printing of 36 course manuals on an ongoing basis. Ensure all materials are completed by deadline.

Identify cost effective shipping methods and execute.

Simplify and document standard operation processes and policies for bookstore and warehouse.

Provide quality, positive and knowledgeable customer service for adult education and CI bookstore. Supported fellow staff members outside of the department as an independent worker.

Teamwork - coordination, assistance and attendance of special projects outside of department: GET KIDZ FIT, FitnessGram, Healthy Zone Schools, and NFLPlay60.
