Manufacturing process included trimming sheet metal into specific body structure and metal bars into wheels

Achievement: Fastest straight-line runner

Structural Design – Static Loading Analysis

Design a static structure, where four cables attach to the weight at different angles in a static equilibrium state.

Conduct a structure’s static loading analysis experimentally and theoretically; which included stress, strains, couple moment and zero force member analysis.

Forces along beam member and joints are analyzed experimentally data by specific machine; while theoretically data was proven by MATLAB’s Matrix analysis and hand calculation.

Unmanned Aviation Vehicle (UAV) Design, Project Manager

Manage and participate in a UAV design, with the purpose of flying the drone following a specific path, and automatically dropping payload upon sensing the infrared light.

CAD design was drawn in Catia, and the drone was hand-build with recyclable materials

Achievement: Champion for the UAV design tournament (awarded with Scholarship)
