Early in my career I was a service engineer and then became manager of the service department. I managed 5 service techs working with high tech equipment. I then took a position as a regional service engineer covering all of New England maintaining gas analyzers. As my career advanced I moved into sales where I held a number of positions including international sales, product manager, and finally regional sales manager.
