Maintenance Engineer

Responsible for maintenance of mechanical faults of rotating equipment . Execute troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of pumps (repair mechanical seal, change damage bearings, change labyrinth, check lubrication system of the pumps, perform root cause analysis for pump failure, check coupling allignment and soft foot) . Execute troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of blowers (check belt and belt tension, check pulley allignment, check blades for cracks and check bearings) . Execute troubleshooting of ricprocating compressors (check cylinder temperature, check lubricator, attend major repair such as piston ring, piston packing o-ring, check cross head bearing) . Repairing the valves and chech its parts periodically . Suggest for spare parts of equipments .
