Transformed independent departments into a team pulling together as one by defining roles, communicating clear expectations, demanding accountability and fostering lean thinking throughout the entire organization.

Developed and executed plan that improved product launch performance from 15% of programs being profitable at start of production to over 85%. This increased customer satisfaction resulting in new business awards from $44MM in 2012 to $94MM in 2016.

Managed year-over-year sales growth of 40% in 2015 ($65MM to $94MM) and achieved record profits.

Reduced quality defects (PPMs) over 85% by working diligently with customers, analyzing customer complaints with implementation of permanent corrective action, and standardization of poka- yoke equipment in all quotations.

Achieved 93% nonconforming material reduction in 6 months (155,000 to under 10,000). Persistently attacked scrap and rework from all angles -- increasing first- time-through, daily participation on the shop floor reviewing parts, constant review of internal and external quality standards, and improving rework processes.

Executed transfer of highly technical Polyurethane Pressing Technology from Europe, achieving industry-leading yield rates within 1 year.

Achieved Ford Q1 status.

Developed and directed implementation and training of standardized processes to achieve both TS 16949 and ISO 14001 certificates across multiple locations in the US and Germany.
