Main responsibilities

Recruitment

-Participating in the recruitment procedures of the Executive Selection & Search Department.

-Meeting with clients to discuss the job vacancies and confirm job specifications, job duties, qualifications and skills.

-Negotiating with the client in order to reach the final agreement including methodology, timing and fees.

-Leading a team to reach promising candidates through Searching database, advertisements, or headhunting, then screening and analyzing applications for different professions.

-Conducting the interviews with the qualified candidates.

-Checking references for the selected candidates.

Organizational Development

-Conducting a kick-off meeting with the clients’ top management to confirm the company targets and goals, project’s objective, Scope of work and Methodology.

-Conducting job-analysis process for the key positions and meet with them to verify the questionnaires’ contents and to inquire on the technical duties of the job.

-Analyzing the collected data with KPMG team to Design Organization Chart, HR manual and job descriptions manual.

-Presenting each deliverable and discuss with the clients’ Top Management including:

Organization chart

Reviewing the current organization chart and suggest the changes to reflect the company strategy and targets considering the nature of the company activities, span of control and supervision for each management level and the main functions of each department.

Organization Manual:

Preparing the organization manual that reflects the main duties of each department and the inter-relations between the main departments, considering the clarity of functions and avoiding the duplication.

Job Descriptions Manual

Developing the job descriptions for all jobs in the agreed organization chart including the job function, the span of control, the reporting levels, the main duties and responsibilities and the minimum job requirements (qualifications, experience, training …etc).

Job Grading Scheme & Salary Scale

Creating/Developing the Job Grading Scheme that comprises the job levels for all relevant jobs as well as the required qualifications and years of experience.

Designing a salary scale where salary ranges will be defined for each Job Grade, based on updated salary data from the market.

HR Policies & Procedures

Creating/Developing the organizational HR Policies and Procedures Manual including attendance, vacations, allowances, medical…
