As a Project Manager working within Customer Service my responsibilities include managing and overseeing the start to finish work delivery of projects. Other responsibilities include monitoring cost over runs, gross margins, manpower utilization and adjusting resources to meet deadlines on projects. I developed practices and procedures which are still being used for Project Management of projects. Successfully managed and delivered SR99 Alaskan Viaduct Project valued at $9 million.
