Responsible for acting as agent for mortgage customers requesting loan modifications; submitted Modification request package to lender then followed up for required documentation on bi-weekly basis; communicated lenders requests for documentation to borrowers with follow up for receipt and submission to lender.

Properties in Foreclosure sent to legal department for customer to be represented in court; negotiated extensions from lenders so that properties would not be sold. Once approved, notified customer of rate/terms and forwarded to Closing Department. Closed files were returned after closing to continue follow up for Modification to be made permanent after trial modification expired.

EXPERIENCE: Wholesale/Correspondent Closing Manager •

Supervised all aspects of the closing department, supervising closers and post closers: review/assign files, ascertaining when documents were drawn, received, and reviewed prior to funding. • Funded loans by wire, promptly transferring them to the post closing for stacking and shipment. • Responsible for shipping of paper to corporate to facilitate second market sale, review of all correspondent loans, and act as human resources liaison to the corporate office. Also, was in charge of office in absence of Operations Manager.
