Made a proposal base on the legal concept of servitude, which was implemented in the payment formula. The mechanism and formula were consequently challenged by the competitors in the courts, but was supported by the courts and Russian Appellate court.
The litigation practices of our department and obtained courts’ decisions were recommended for implementation by the Russian Ministry of Telecommunication to all others Telecommunication corporations in Russia.
