PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

CAMERON a SCHLUMBERGER Co. – Controls Software Engineer and Electrical Project Engineer - Houston, TX 08/12 – 07/18 I started my career in Flow Control division and my first year and a half of experience entitled being a Electrical Project Engineer for Land rigs, Jackup Rigs, Gas Dehydration & Glycol Regeneration skids and Heater Treater and Water Treatment skids. Each project included structure designing, mechanical designing, pipes & tubing design and control panels designing in conformity of ATEX/IECEx hazardous area (Class I Div. II and Zone 2) and UL508A

As an Electrical Project Engineer, I designed control panels for HPU (Hydraulic Power Unit) to pressurize hydraulic for valves operation. And I designed remote control panels such as DCP (Drilling Control Panel) and TCP (Tool pusher Control Panel) to control BOP

(Blow Out Preventer) valves for Land rigs and Jackup Rigs. And I also designed control Page 2

panels such as PCS, SIS and I/O panels for Gas Dehydration & Glycol Regeneration, Heater Treater and Water Treatment.

Designing control panels, included hardware configuration, communication protocols and PLC/HMI programs in accordance with FDS (Functional Design Specification), Control Philosophy, Control Narrative and Cause & Effect. Also included I/O schedule, PLC FDS, Circuit Diagram, General Arrangement, Panel Layout, cable schedule, hazardous schedule and software logic and IOM (Installation, Operation and Maintenance) document. In some of the projects I also calculated Heat and Power consumption of the components inside the panels to fill out template form of ‘Heat & Power calculations’. A part of my job responsibilities was preparing Datasheet, RFQ and Bid Evaluation and worked with procurement department and vendors for purchasing instrument and equipment. I also supervised contractor companies to make sure electrical installation meet requirement standards and assisted in FAT, FIT, SIT and start-up

Here is the list of some projects that I was involved in their design with above mentioned responsibilities as Electrical Project Engineer: PDVSA Gas Dehydration & Glycol regeneration, PEMEX AKAL J1 Water Treatment, CNOOC HPU, Starfish HPU From January 2014 till July 2018, I got another position as a Controls Software Engineer for all drilling products including Semi-submersibles and Drillship As a Controls Software Engineer in Drilling division, my focusing area was designing of control systems hardware configuration, communication protocols and PLC/HMI programs in accordance with Software Logic Document to control BOP valves of all drilling products including MARK III and MARK II (Cameron A Schlumberger Brand name for Subsea Stack and LMRP), Jackup Rigs and Land rigs projects. I developed both hardware and software redundancy. I also created test procedures and doing software internal test and assisting in FAT, FIT, SIT and start-up. I was involved in Stena MidMax project to get SIL certificate

Here is the list of some projects that I was involved in their design with above mentioned responsibilities as Controls Software Engineer: Transocean H35xx, Pride Brazil (Ensco 6002), SeaDrill 10 (West Hercules), StenaDrillMax 4 (Ice), Keppel Fels B349 and BP Magnus

BEHINSA Company - Electrical and Control Engineer 11/11 - 05/12 Behinsa was a company which designed and manufactured dedusting equipment such as Baghouses and Bag filters to control air pollution out of air or gas released from commercial process or combustion of electricity generation, power plants, steel mills, chemical produces and other industries which need to control emission of air pollutants. In Behinsa Company I was entitled being an Electrical and Control Engineer for such a dedusting equipment

Each project included structure designing, mechanical designing, pipes & tubing design Page 3

and control panels designing.

As an Electrical and Control Engineer, I designed control panels for Baghouses and Bag filters to control ON/OFF sequences of solenoid valves by using PID loops and getting process feedback from a Delta Pressure Measurement installed in outlet of the Baghouses or Bag filters. And I also designed I/O panels and MCCs (Motor Control Cabinet) to control Electric Motors which were used in Belt conveyors and Screw conveyors for transferring collected dust.

Designing control panels included hardware configuration, communication protocols and PLC/HMI programs. Also included One Line Diagram, Wiring Diagram, Component Layout, Terminal Strip and cable list. Most of the projects that I handled in Behinsa Company were from scratch. As a part of my job responsibilities was preparing Datasheet, RFQ and Bid Evaluation and worked with procurement department and vendors for purchasing instrument and equipment

GRIIN Company - Electrical and Control Engineer 10/01 - 11/11 Griin was a company which designed and manufactured most dedusting equipment such as Baghouses, Bag filters, Cooling Towers, Hybrid filters and ESPs( Electrostatic precipitator filters) to control air pollution out of air or gas released from commercial process or combustion of electricity generation, power plants, steel mills, chemical produces and other industries which need to control emission of air pollutants. In Griin Company I was entitled being an Electrical and Control Engineer for such a dedusting equipment

Each project included structure designing, mechanical designing, pipes & tubing design and control panels designing.

As an Electrical and Control Engineer, I designed control panels for Baghouses and Bag filters to control ON/OFF sequences of solenoid valves by using PID loops and getting process feedback from a Delta Pressure Measurement installed in outlet of the Baghouses or Bag filters. And I designed I/O panels and MCCs (Motor Control Cabinet) to control Electric Motors which were used in Belt Conveyors and Screw Conveyors for transferring collected dust. I also designed ESP (Electrostatic Precipitator) Control Panels to control High Voltage transformers using for ionizing the dust and particles. I also designed layout of High Voltage substations in conformity of the code and standards.

Designing control panels, included designing of hardware configuration, communication protocols and PLC/HMI programs in accordance with Control Philosophy, Interlocking Diagram and Logic Diagram. Also included One Line Diagram, Wiring Diagram, Component Layout, Terminal Strip, Cable list, Consumer List, Motor List and Instrument List and Operation Manual. Some of the projects that I handled in Griin Company was from scratch. I prepared Datasheet, RFQ and Bid Evaluation and worked with procurement department and vendors for purchasing instrument and equipment. I supervised contractor companies to make sure electrical installation meet requirement standards and assisted in testing, troubleshooting and start-up. Page 4
