CURRENT JOB DUTIES:

HR - New hire paperwork processing (1-9, W-4’s and contracts), interviewing, recruiting, drug testing, creating and implementing reviews/writeups/promotions/terminations. Training - Training up to 10 employees in; operations, expert level of product knowledge, superior customer service, sales skills/psychology, cross training, customer concepts and profiles. Running lead in developing new training guides for the company. Outsourced to two struggling stores to keep the teams focused during management transitions.

Sales - Maintaining KPI’s of sales, ADS, IPT and email retention in relation to last year’s performance. Creating excel sheets to increase productivity that were used company wide. Leadership - Keeping employee morale focused, respectful, ethical,self aware, accountable and productive.

Inventory - Reviewing reports and monitoring sales to coordinate with the buyers, Suggesting new product on the market to buyers.

Marketing - Implementing comp shops of local competitors, running booths for expos/in store events, attending chamber of commerce and other networking events to develop and public presents with the community. Maintains familiarity with social media including Facebook, Twitter, Yelp, Reddit, Tumblr, Pinterest and Linkedin

Managerial Responsibilities - Scheduling, returns, cashier responsibilities, customer complaints, merchandising, utilizing Point of sale systems with KWI, Netsuite and epicor. Loss prevention - Reviewed cameras, constructed customer profiles, police reports and processed lost inventory.
