Recent Career Overview
Currently, and for the last 10+ years I have managed an operational consulting, learning and solutions development contract in the areas of HR, Financial, Payroll and Special Project software implementations focusing on the global harmonization of all Power Generation and Distributed Generation divisions of Siemens Energy, Inc. I am responsible for the growth and implementation for a “white labeled” time, expense and PTO tracking system utilizing bi-directional Web services to integrate all international instances of SAP together with their pricing, labor, expenses, costing/billing and global Business intelligence.
I have led software implementation initiatives in the following countries: United States, Germany, England, Sweden, Canada, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Spain, South Korea, Oman, Kuwait, Thailand (currently) and several in Latin America.
Prior to my current employment, I was a key contributor on the Employee Care Solutions Development Team as the sole representative from Convergys Corporate - Organization Development. As the Business Development Lead, my primary accomplishments include - Securing both the DuPont, and Johnson and Johnson contracts with full HR Outsourcing solutions. Both multi-year agreements were $1 billion each.

Provide the highest level of client service through proactive management of client's large projects, applying technical and business expertise to client system build in to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve problems.

Business Development Lead – Front-End Systems – Alltel Information Systems (now FIS) from 1998 - 2000
Key Contributor to the fulfillment and deployment of a Front-End Origination System in 5 large Independent Mortgage Companies (each generated over $200 million yearly) that brought consistency and compliance to tight regulatory requirements in consumer lending decisions to minimize credit risk. US – Eastern Region only
Training Manager/Merger Integrations – Barnett Bank/Nations Bank/Bank of America from 1997 - 1998
Led a staff of 8 employees and 5 contractors that completed 14 system implementations/conversions during the period where Barnett Bank was purchased by NationsBank, who was then purchased by Bank of America.
Training Manager/M&P Manager – AT&T Universal Card from 1990 – 1997, Jacksonville, FL
Responsible for the design, deployment and maintenance of the Customer Service strategy and representative training that helped capture the Malcolm Baldrige Quality Award in 1993. Led the re-design of the Universal Data Window (Interface) used by all AT&T Customer Service reps to answer customer inquiries improving the Customer experience. During my tenure, we became the 5th largest credit card issuer in the world.
Managing Director – Baxter-Corbeil Entertainment Group from 1988 - 1990, Jacksonville, FL
Launched and directed an entertainment firm that specialized in managing and producing concert and sports promotions for profit. Managed artist contracts, developed advertising campaigns to increase event ticket sales, venue relationship management and establish/maintain sponsorship commitments were my main duties.
Supervisor – JM Family Enterprises (Southeast Toyota Processor) from 1984 - 1988, Jacksonville, FL
Managed multiple operational shops in a manufacturing environment with a staff of 33 employees (Vacuum Forming, Body Shop, and Accessory Installation), for the largest Toyota processor in the US.
Instructor/Efficiency Control Expert – Mercedes-Benz of North America from 1979 – 1984, Hampton, VA
Trained as Assembly Technician in a new pilot program out of Jacksonville, Florida and became one of the 1st US instructors to open a Mercedes-Benz assembly plant in North America building hand-crafted, Class 6 and 7 trucks. The plant out-performed expectations producing more than 30% over projections per year during 1980 – 1983.
