Provide cost estimates as needed for vinyl fencing, wood fencing, roofing metal and cabinets. Additional responsibilities include providing assistance in all areas of work to include loading/unloading of building materials as needed (i.e. hardwood, fencing, kitchen cabinets, bath room vanities).

Responsibilities were to oversee all new construction and renovations for the Orange County Public Schools in Orlando, FL, total construction value was $79M. Mr. Poole was responsible for the overall administration process, which included scheduling, cost control, cost estimating and quality assurance. He was also responsible for preparing all written plans describing reporting and delivery methods. Coordinated with architects, engineers and consultants. Responsibilities were to oversee and coordinate design and construction activities. The total construction value was $6M.
