Data Analyst

Data Associate

•Daily data imports and exports to and from the Raiser's Edge database, Kintera CRM and Direct Mail.

•Kintera bi-monthly imports of multiple initiative reports. Reformat reports with created macros, clean/edit information to be compatible with Raiser's Edge, import new constituent records, matchback of existing constituents through Microsoft Access and importing gifts, tributes and attributes.

•Annual Report: Capture donors with cumulative giving of $5K+ and ensure their accurate listing preference, giving tier and giving amount. Import updated information annually.

•Update existing Annual Report donors as new gifts are received and to capture new donors of cumulative giving of $5K+.

•Monthly direct mail donor giving matrix for Grizzard. Exporting single and multiple direct mail donors since inception and creating formulas and pivot reports to capture donor giving trends.

•In-house mailings and donor lists. Create queries, export data, ensure accurate data for mail merge and globally add appeals to these recipients.

•Bi-monthly donor conversion reports for Agilis. Clean and format data files from Kintera, import potential new donors and globally adding appeals to these constituents and any constituent in Raiser's Edge that has bought a store product/requested a guide and has not given a general donation.

•Generate daily financial exports and reformat with created macros to be compatible for Navision.

•-Bi-weekly exporting and coding of direct mail letters and guide requests to be fulfilled by Agilis.

•Weekly direct mail eVision maintenance to capture tributes, removals, emails, comments, prostate cancer diagnosis/relationships and address updates.

•Maintain and help establish in-house policies and procedures for data management and new employee training.
