ServSquare is a platform that allowed people to provide services such as tutoring, make- up, painting wall etc. This platform allowed people to post the services that they want to provide based on their availability and price and others to book those services according to their budget and time.

UX DESIGNER- FULL TIME

SR. UX DESIGNER: VITAMINPRO JUN 2017- JUN 2018

-Worked with product strategy to design a supplement tracking platform for mobile and web design to record user’s daily vitamin intake.

-Create designs, concepts and wireframes base on aesthetic design concepts and knowl- edge of layout principles regarding vitamin supplements in various categories.

-Confer with clients to determine the design layouts and translate concepts and ideas into effective information architecture according to client’s desired features for the application.

-Wireframed and lead designed solutions with other UX designers on team to share a common database where users can conveniently search or add new supplements, send daily reminder notifications, and view shared statistics from the community.

-Prepared UX documentation wireframes, use cases, site architecture, task flows etc. to manage daily supplement intake.

-Provide guidance, leadership and overall support to junior UX designers and overall project teams

-Developed original interaction and design concepts for booking services where one can book based on reviews, time, location and more details.

-Maintained high level communication between product manager and software developer to better understand customer goals, business requirements, project parameters in order to creatively provide solutions for booking services with complex features.

-Created wireframes, UI designs and prototypes for internal and external user testing us- ing Sketch, Photoshop and Invision Studio

Vitamin Pro is a platform where users are able to manage their vitamin intake and track their overall progress. The users are able to add supplements and schedule notifications for future reminders. Through community-base data, users can also view what others are taking and add those supplements in their list.

-Led the design process for XpenseTracker and provide feedback to product manage- ment terms through research, concept and design intuitive digital experiences that clarify complex functionality

-Provided work breakdown and direction to UX Designers to ensure project completion

-Designed a platform where users can track their monthly expenses, set payment remind- ers, and generate reports.

-Conduct user research, including usability testing, evaluations and user interviews.

-Created a dashboard prototype where users can view their upcoming payments and keep track of expense categories.

-Designed a way to track expense for multiple events with a specific budget and created scenario maps for expense categories to match user preferences.

-Worked with engineering team through implementation to ensure the desired user expe- rience is carried through the development cycle project teams

-Created attractive flyers, tickets and sponsorship forms to increase the volume. XpenseTracker allows people to create multiple events in which they can track their spending and set a budget for individual events. Users are able to collaborate with others to share their budget and event planning information.

CMII is a makerlab at GSU that allows entrepreneurs to use equipments such as laser cutter, 3D printers, and high-end power tools for prototyping and project building

-Accelerated the process of prototype production in architect models, character develop- ment, and props by providing 3D printing, laser-cutting & fabrication training to faculty, staff & students.

-Led and organized the flowcharts and wireframes of training webpage to create an adherent workflow in specific course training for certification

-Designed user-friendly mockups for a laser cutter, 3D printers, and soldering web iCollege page.

-Researched on how the workshops can be formatted according to feedback from per-surveys and post-surveys

-Created infographics on training material for various Adobe softwares for the classes I taught to undergraduate students, grad students, faculty, & staff. (Adobe After Effects, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Photoshop, Final Cut X, HTML, Python, and Excel)

-Worked with the Manager of Tech Education Programs to define the teaching curriculum and key milestones
