Leadership Position/Shop Forman in charge of all department employees. Oversaw and managed all mechanical repairs and maintenance for Pima County Fleet (Tucson, AZ)
of vehicles including law enforcement, fire department, animal control, department of transportation, waste water, landfill and motor-pool, which covered over 2.000 miles of road way and 400 law enforcement vehicles. Designed tools and parts for improving the function of law enforcement vehicles, fire trucks to heavy equipment and animal control vehicle systems. Fabricated tools and equipment specialized to meet the needs on the service department, cutting cost for new equipment, parts and wait time to receive them.
