I have worked in the food industry since the age of 15 years old. I’ve held
nearly every job in FOH operations, focusing specifically on the skill of bar- tending. I am young, passionate, and yearning to continue my education in the industry.
Experience
BARTENDER/SERVER, OCEAN GRILL 2015-2018
I started at the Ocean Grill as a lunch server, averaging about 20 guests in a 2 1/2 hour service. I then graduated to Night Bar, in charge of tending bar for customers, service for wait staff, and cashing out customer dinner checks.
SERVER, CJ CANNONS 2013-2015
I started at CJ Cannons as a dishwasher. I then worked my way up from busser, to host, to night server.
EXTERIOR CREW, FOUR SEASONS GREENERY 2014-2014
In the offseason at CJ Cannons, I went and worked for Four Seasons Greenery in Boston, MA. I worked on the exterior crew, installing plants and flowers to accounts, then maintaining the installs for the season following. DISTRIBUTOR, PEPPERIDGE FARM 2013-2014
Delivered and merchandised bread to receiving at various local markets as well as large volume supermarkets.
