Lead Business Analyst Specialist/Development Manager

Promoted to senior roles with responsibility for leading the planning, development, launch, and delivery of changes to Systematics suite of products (IM, ST, RM, ALS-SM and ALS-AE) to include overseeing system corrections and enhancements to lending and deposits applications. Coordinated with clients and project/product management teams to create and implement action plans to meet deliverable requirements. Responsible for all Business Analyst work including creating business requirements and performing testing.

Scrum Master assuming accountability for learning Scrum methodology to;

•Implement transformation from a Waterfall methodology to a modified incremental Scrum methodology.
