Director of Facilities and protection November 2011 to April 2014
Management of multi departmental staff including engineering, EVS, and protection personnel with both union and non-union management requirements. Relying on my 30 years of staff development and leadership practices I was able to significantly increase staff and service evaluation reviews and surveys along with a heightened level of patient care support services. This allowed clinical care staff to concentrate more on patient needs. This has been a standard of departmental bridge work that has allowed different departments to compliment each other in stead compensating for a lack of customer service

Director of Facilities and Capital Improvement Projects 2008 to 2011
I was recruited for this position for my facilities and project management back ground that was heavily supported by my passions and ability to provide strong leadership and staff mentoring to develop, support, and strengthen staff performances. The skill sets I acquired as a mechanical/electrical project estimator/GC, and service manager gave the ability to quickly and accurately identify facility needs to repair and restore required state and federal facilities reporting that had threatened the district’s ability to successfully submit grant funded project requests for capital improvement and teacher housing projects. These skill sets were also very effective in budget control and forecasting that was instrumental in maintaining facilities environment conducive for educational operations.
