**As a test technician it was my job to support the production floor building test benches and wire harness. This allowed the test engineers time to work on new test and product design. It was my job to order all parts and equipment that we needed to meet our goals I had a company credit card and had to file reports for the things we ordered. I took care of all calls to the production floor when things were not working. If I was unable to fix the problem then I called one of the test engineer for help.

** As a Level 2 technician I worked closely with our engineering staff to build test equipment from the ground up. It was my job to keep inventory, and order parts when needed. I used all types of equipment and tools to build whatever the engineers wanted. I took care of maintenance on second shift adjusting equipment such as SMT lines, Radial and hand insert, wave machines, and six production lines to keep production running. I have been working with engineering staff for three years. We have fourteen MFT and ICT testers that I helped build and maintain. I also designed and set up quality vision system to inspect product for defects. I am quality inspector on second shift. I went through 5S Implementation workshop, trained and audited other departments, and maintained test engineering dept.

** As an A level technician I was trained on all benches in the technology department including; Alcatel Lucent, Litespan, 5E Power, Pairgain, Flex and plus, Go digital, and DSL. I would run benches to test units, troubleshoot and repair down to component level. If needed I would Build and calibrate new test benches, and created work flow and testing documents. Tools used were; Oscilloscope, Multimeter, Cable simulator, AC/DC converter, and signal generator. If needed I would travel to other branches to repair test equipment, and train employees on how to run them.
