Consist of the installation and maintenance of all network interaction with customers on all data and voice grade lines, ATR (Automatic Trunk Routining) of circuits, updating software in the DMS-250, Answer all alarms M13 MUX, (DDN) Digital Data Network, Echo Canceller. * Responsible for monitoring Verizon Wireless switching network environmental alarms from a centralized Network Operations Center (NOC) ensuring high availability and attainment of service levels.
