Our global office presence extends from Aberdeen and London in the UK. It is project engineer role cum Desktop Support Engineer for 1 year contract base in Singapore.

Daily Business as Usual office end user supporting

Building, configuring, upgrading and imaging desktops and laptops in both office and vessel

Setting up new users and disabling expired accounts in accordance with HR requirements

Supporting remote users from various branches office

Working with call logging tools to track and maintain all call status

Troubleshooting and maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers, network components, IP phone and Video conference.

Installing and configuring various software that is most commonly used in vessel industries

Administration of Microsoft Active Directory accounts, groups and first level administration of exchange platform such as archiving mailboxes, creating mailboxes and group, and moving mailboxes from one group to another
