Here re-commissioned of 250 TPH (MCR) CFBC Boiler with all re-commissioning activities like hydro test, refractory checked out,boiler alkali boiled out, GD test of ESP, smoke test, steam blowing & All equipments interlock testing. Also here re-commissioned of 63 MW turbine set, attending all re-commissioning activities like oil flushing,steam purity testing, turbine all protection & interlock testing .

HAND ON EXPERIENCE :

Having good knowledge on Cold, Worm & Hot Light-Up, Normal & Emergency plant Operation, smooth change over of all equipment of the related CFBC boiler and turbine in running condition. And also a good technique to handling the shift and shift duties manpower.

Effective coordination with all department in plant for load management and follow-up with concerned HOD every time for and thereby avoiding extra fuel firing in Boilers and heat losses.

Coordination for solving operational related problems in shifts (With Shift electrician, Mech. Maintenance Team, E&I etc)

Monitoring Coal Bunker level and Fly ash/Bed ash Silo level regularly in shifts and taking corrective action for same in time.
