DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Review of Drawing, Fit up & Weld Visual, Pipe Line, Marking Cutting & Edge Preparation.

To Carry out ultrasonic testing NDT inspection of jackets, Deeks, Risers Pressure vessel, Heat Exchanger, Strong Tanks, Structural Welds, Boiler Tube, Process Piping as per Codes & Standard.

Carry out ultrasonic Testing on cold drawn bright steel bars.

Maintain document like Document transmitted note (DTN), NCR, DCR also maintain Final inspection report.

Check specification (Year and revision)

Check drawing (correct revision)

During welding

Pre-heat values (Heating method, location & control method).

In process distortion control (sequence or balanced welding).

Consumable control (Specification, size, condition & any special treatment).

Prepare and maintain in process inspection and NDT records.

I aware of Welding Process like GTAW, SMAW,SAW.
