Work Experience

Team Coordinator/Process Associate

HONDA MFG OF ALABAMA - Lincoln, AL - 205-***-****

February 2002 to June 2018

I was currently employed at Honda Manufacturing of Lincoln Alabama(HMA). I was with the company

for 16 years. I started out as a regular process associate working with air tools, some common hand

tools and small parts ranging from nuts, bolts, and screws to common engine and suspension parts.

During my time with the company I was selected to be a "zone" Process Recoverer(PR). I held the

position of the PR until becoming a Team Coordinator(TC). All PR duties and responsibilities can run

equal to the TC's duties and responsibilities which are to: setup the assigned work area for daily

production; Maintain a safe, harmonious, and consistent work environment; Oversee completion and

quality of each assembled unit before leaving assembly area; Inform all associates in the zone of daily

production requirements and important company calendar dates and company news. Also create an

8hr to sometimes 9hr process rotation assignment for the shift; Communicate with Team Manager(TM)

pertaining to any associate issues and concerns, dealing with safety and production issues per shift. I

also logged down important and required information for following shift.

Before working at HMA. I worked as a fitter at a steel fabrication shop named Garrison Steel which was

formerly known as EFI. I have minor knowledge of certain welding equipment and tools. Duties ranged

from sandblasting items before they had to be painted, moving items around the yard with a forklift

or Hyster mobile crane, also assisted in shipment loading and unloading whether it was completed

projects being shipped out or raw materials being shipped in, making me familiar with all safety

precautions and personal safety equipment when working around heavy equipment and materials.

More duties included logging down shipment information for items going out and checking order logs

for received shipments.

I have also worked at a plastic injection molding company named Kenteck Plastics that produced

Polaris ATV panels. And Plymouth Tube, which is a steel forging facility. I am very familiar with a hot

non air conditioned environment whether it's outdoors or indoors.

Education: G.E.D.

Hopkinsville High School - Hopkinsville, KY

Date Recieved: 1992

Certifications/Licenses: Heavy Equiptment Operator(I was licensed through HMA to operate a forklift and tugger)

Additional Information

I am familiar with working in a fast paced environment. I am a moderately fast learner. I have good

comprehensive skills and I'm a fast thinker. I am always looking to learn new things. I typically stay

on all the jobs I have ever had for as long as I possibly can. I have a great attendance record. I secure

more than one vehicle to guarantee myself being at the job on time. I work well with others. I am

medical or family issues to hinder work performance or attendance and I've never filed a Workmans

Comp Insurance claim on any job that I have ever held. I'm willing to relocate if needed. I have a valid
