My previous experience was in NICU, and i can take care of newborns confidently and Im confident in communicating with the parents . My experience and my dedication definitely help me through out my carrier and I feel im a suitable candidate for this job . During my IRON programme, I had the opportunity to work as an ICU nurse in the Mount Isa Hospital, Queensland and I have long been impressed by the hospital’s outstanding reputation in the country. My experience in the ICU unit has given me the exceptional capacity to multitask and manage competing priorities easily while also delivering superior patient care. For the past few years I have worked as a NICU nurse after my Masters in nursing. I have learned in a variety of nursing environments, including the recovery unit, counselling and education section. I have a good interpersonal and communication skill when dealing with patients, families and other team members, great accuracy in patient history, charting and other documentation. I am committed to the care and treatment of patients of all different ages and medical histories, and I think I would be the perfect candidate for this role with my nursing degree and experience in working in ICU and NICU.
